Terms And Conditions 

All sales are final.  Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.  There are no refunds, exchanges, or credits once your order is placed. 

 If the veneer is damaged or defective, do not attempt to repair it or use it.  If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of the shipping date at Bob.06064@gmail.com  Please be specific, attach photos, and describe the nature of the damages. Do not ship the item back to us unless requested to do so by us. Be sure to keep everything that came with the order, including the box and all paperwork.   You agree to allow us up to 3 weeks to ascertain the damages and reship or refund.

Replacement for lost or damaged items:  Lost/damaged items will be replaced free of charge, provided that you insure the items when you order them.  You agree to allow us up to 3 weeks to ascertain a lost shipment and have it redirected to you.  Document and photograph the loss or damage.  If you use, alter, cut, glue, alter, apply finish or stain,  or change the character or appearance veneer in any way, this will make the replacement null and void, and you will not get a refund or a replacement.  You must keep everything, including the box and all paperwork.  UPS will contact you to do an inspection.  Failure to keep everything will cause the replacement of the lost or damage items to be voided.  Do not return the veneer to us unless we give you an RMA number.  
                                            

Wood Veneer is a natural product.  Mother nature is in charge.  The wood grains, colors, character and appearance of wood veneer varies from tree to tree and even within a given log.   We do not guarantee that the grains, colors, character or appearance of the veneer that you receive will match or resemble any example of a photo or image on our website, or any photo or image that you have in your possession or have observed.  

Some veneers such as Knotty Alder, Knotty Pine, and all burls, may have knots and areas that are not sound and may fall out.  This cannot be avoided and it is not a defect.  You will need to plug or fill, and sand, any knots or voids that have fallen out of the veneer surface.

                                                   Peel And Stick Veneers                                       

We do not recommend that the peel and stick veneer be used on dry walled surfaces or on areas larger than 24" x 96".

 Color, Tone, Wood Grain, Appearance Of 2 Or More Veneer Sheets May Vary 

If you order 2 or more sheets of the same species, the colors, grains, tones may vary from one sheet to the next.  We can select for similarity if you request before you place your order.  This will cause the price to increase, as it will require special attention and effort. We would have to quote this ahead of time, before you place your order.  

                                                             Special Selections 

At times we may be able to select from our stock to attempt to obtain a resemblance of a photo or sample that you email/send to us. There will be an additional charge for this service.  We will do our best to make a selection, but with the myriad of naturally occurring variances in tone, grain,  color, and appearance of all wood species, we do not guarantee that our attempts of selecting for similarity will meet your expectations.

                       Sequential Veneer Sheets And Premium Veneers 

If you need sequentially matched veneer sheets, please contact us at bob.06064@gmail.com before you place your order.   There is an additional charge for this service. If you don’t contact us ahead of time, you probably won’t receive sequential sheets.
