Q. What tools do I need for a beginner's veneering project?

A.   For most projects, you can use a sharp razor knife for cutting and trimming veneer.  You can use a 1” wide wallpaper seam roller (flat, not crowned) to apply pressure all over the veneered surface to help the veneer bond.

There are a myriad of other tools that can be used for veneering.Generally speaking, these tools are useful for more complicated projects or for professionals who do veneering day in and day out.
